About This Project

StopTakingKids.org exists for one reason: to fight for children who can't fight for themselves.

Right now, thousands of children are being detained in immigration facilities across the United States. Many have been separated from their parents. Some have been held beyond legal time limits. Others have been deported to countries they've never known, without their families.

This is not normal. This is not acceptable. This is a crisis.

What We Do

This platform serves as a resource hub for:

• Know Your Rights information — So families understand their legal protections
• Vetted organizations — Where donations actually help detained children and families
• Action tools — Contact scripts for representatives, rapid response networks, and ways to get involved
• Documentation — Tracking the scope of this crisis with sources and data

Who We Are

This is an independent advocacy project. We are not affiliated with any political party, government agency, or large nonprofit organization. We're just people who believe that detaining children is wrong—full stop.

We don't collect your data. We don't run ads. We don't take donations ourselves—we direct you to established organizations with track records of helping families.

Why This Matters

Children don't choose where they're born. They don't choose to migrate. They don't choose to be separated from their parents. The trauma inflicted on these kids will last a lifetime.

Every child deserves safety, dignity, and the right to be with their family. That's not a political position—it's a human one.
